I know how difficult it is to lose weight and keep on track of a balanced diet. My Entire life is dieting and trying as much as possible to being mindful of what I eat, but I have to confess It is hard to choose what to eat when there is so much information out there and especially when you're on holidays.
The truth is there is no one size fits all, so I partnered with Sunflower Nutrition since I've done her webdesign and also a special photoshoot for her website, we developed a partnership so I could produce content for their social media and they offered me some guidance on nutrition to get rid of my extra kilos gained on holidays but mainly to get back on track with a happy and healthy lifestyle. After all summer is coming and everyone wants to be in shape to fit a Brazilian bikini with no shame! LOL.
Sunflower Nutrition is helping me to eat mindfully and healthily without loosing the deliciousness of life and I'm excited to share with you guys their Protein Cacao Bliss Ball recipe:
1 cup almond meal
1 scoop of Sacha Inchi protein powder
1/2 cup of shredded coconut
1/3 cup of shredded coconut for rolling
1/3 cup of coconut oil
1/3 cup of raw cacao powder
1 tbs chia seeds
1 tbs pistachios
Place dates in a bowl and cover with water. Stand for 1 hour, drain and discard seeds
In a blender mix dates, almond meal, protein powder, shredded coconut, coconut oil, cacao
powder and chia seeds and pistachios. Transfer to a bowl and stand for 2-3 minutes
Place remaining shredded coconut in a shallow dish
Roll level tablespoons of mixture into balls.
Roll in coconut to coat
